MELHORES DISCOS DE 2011 - LISTAS DA CRÍTICA MUNDIAL

Meio atrasado, não? Pois é, este post era para ter saido no final do ano, mas mesmo após a decisão pela retomada do blog, o tempo de vencer a inércia e voltar a publicar algo foi maior do que eu previa...

Já escrevi muitas vezes por aqui que uso este espaço também como uma espécies de arquivo pessoal, onde coloco tudo o que gosto, tenho interesse e acho que vale apena ser lembrado. Por esta razão, este post é indispensável, pois já que continuo como minha mania de vasculhar listas, o blog é o lugar certo para guardá-las.

Este trabalho de compilar as listas de melhores do ano publicadas pelos principais veículos de comunicação mundo afora é algo que faço todo ano. É sempre interessante saber de onde vem a "inspiração" para uma parcela dos chamados formadores de opinião brazucas. Também é legal ver o quanto certos críticos podem ser pedantes.

São 23 listas. Se você não conhece parte destas publicações, eu recomendo. Todas são muito interessantes e podem te fazer ficar informado mais rapidamente sobre o que acontece por aí.

MELHORES DISCOS DE 2010 - LISTAS DA CRÍTICA MUNDIAL

Este post eu escrevo com um gosto especial. É que foi justamente para compartilhar certas manias que eu decidi montar um blog e chamar um camarada para tocá-lo comigo.

E uma das manias que eu tinha era a de ficar pesquisando todas as listas de melhores do ano que a crítica especializada liberava. Depois ficava comparando uma com a outra e tal. Coisa de maluco.

Desde o ano passado eu já posso compartilhar o resultado desta pesquisa com vocês (leia aqui as listas de 2009). Dá um trabalho grande, mas faço por lazer.

Desta vez eu ampliei a base de consulta e ao invés de 16 listas, temos abaixo 21. São publicações respeitadas e importantes fontes de informação não só para mim como para a imensa maioria dos "especialistas" brasucas. Tem muito pedante inclusive que adora fazer sua própria relação só com cópias destas aí embaixo.

É importante dizer que estas listas em sua grande maioria são compostas por 50, 40 albuns. Como fica inviável transcrever tudo isso para cá, mostrei somente o top 10 de cada uma. São destaques os discos do Arcade Fire, do Kanye West e do LCD Soundsystem, todos entre os melhores em mais da metade do que foi pesquisado.
