O bom de ser "patrão" de si mesmo e num "emprego" sem remuneração é que podemos decidir quando pegar no batente e quando descansar.
Com um início de ano dos mais atribulados (as férias são só aqui no blog), nem tive tempo de conversar com meu brother Anselmo ainda. Mesmo assim, como sócio da "firma", estou prorrogando nossas férias por mais uma semana (não seria um sonho ter este poder também no mundo real?)
Em fevereiro voltaremos a estas sessões de terapia que fazem o contra-ponto perante a nossa dura rotina.

MELHORES DISCOS DE 2010 - LISTAS DA CRÍTICA MUNDIAL
Este post eu escrevo com um gosto especial. É que foi justamente para compartilhar certas manias que eu decidi montar um blog e chamar um camarada para tocá-lo comigo.
E uma das manias que eu tinha era a de ficar pesquisando todas as listas de melhores do ano que a crítica especializada liberava. Depois ficava comparando uma com a outra e tal. Coisa de maluco.
Desde o ano passado eu já posso compartilhar o resultado desta pesquisa com vocês (leia aqui as listas de 2009). Dá um trabalho grande, mas faço por lazer.
Desta vez eu ampliei a base de consulta e ao invés de 16 listas, temos abaixo 21. São publicações respeitadas e importantes fontes de informação não só para mim como para a imensa maioria dos "especialistas" brasucas. Tem muito pedante inclusive que adora fazer sua própria relação só com cópias destas aí embaixo.
É importante dizer que estas listas em sua grande maioria são compostas por 50, 40 albuns. Como fica inviável transcrever tudo isso para cá, mostrei somente o top 10 de cada uma. São destaques os discos do Arcade Fire, do Kanye West e do LCD Soundsystem, todos entre os melhores em mais da metade do que foi pesquisado.
Ainda esta semana eu e o Anselmo vamos mandar um post com os nossos discos favoritos (não melhores) do ano.

MELHORES DISCOS DE 2010 - LISTAS DA CRÍTICA MUNDIAL
Este post eu escrevo com um gosto especial. É que foi justamente para compartilhar certas manias que eu decidi montar um blog e chamar um camarada para tocá-lo comigo.
E uma das manias que eu tinha era a de ficar pesquisando todas as listas de melhores do ano que a crítica especializada liberava. Depois ficava comparando uma com a outra e tal. Coisa de maluco.
Desde o ano passado eu já posso compartilhar o resultado desta pesquisa com vocês (leia aqui as listas de 2009). Dá um trabalho grande, mas faço por lazer.
Desta vez eu ampliei a base de consulta e ao invés de 16 listas, temos abaixo 21. São publicações respeitadas e importantes fontes de informação não só para mim como para a imensa maioria dos "especialistas" brasucas. Tem muito pedante inclusive que adora fazer sua própria relação só com cópias destas aí embaixo.
É importante dizer que estas listas em sua grande maioria são compostas por 50, 40 albuns. Como fica inviável transcrever tudo isso para cá, mostrei somente o top 10 de cada uma. São destaques os discos do Arcade Fire, do Kanye West e do LCD Soundsystem, todos entre os melhores em mais da metade do que foi pesquisado.

DUAS DESCOBERTAS TARDIAS NUM ÚNICO DIA - SOUND CLOUD E SAKERT!
Passei aqui só para compartilhar minha alegria com vocês. É que hoje descobri duas coisas deliciosas na internet.
Em breve escrevo mais mais sobre ambas. Por ora, vou apenas deixar uma amostra do que esta ferramenta representará para o blog.
A primeira descoberta é tecnologica. Foi o site Sound Cloud. Já fazia um tempo que eu estava procurando por um substituto competente para o excelente tocador de MP3 on line Skreemr. Além desta ferramenta me parecer mais amigável e ser mais leve, o grande ganho é que eu mesmo posso fazer o upload das músicas e depois inserir aqui no blog. Sensacional. Descobri no site da Feist...
A segunda descoberta é musical. Trata-se do projeto Sakert!. Achei o som muito gostoso! Percebam que ela não canta em inglês e sim em alemão ou sueco. Enfim, logo eu volto a falar sobre isso. Descobri no site em que eu estava baixando o novo disco dos Decemberists...
